Implemented Warday Rules

Hello, since i play quite a lot on the server I have noticed one thing in the rules. Not wrong but needed.
Warday rules should be added as there is a lot of fighting over the rules that i have been noticing, some of these problems are things like:
What max level are sentries for engies.
Can spies cloak?
Can spies disguise?
Can you shoot anyone outside the designated warday area whilst being inside it?
Are sticky bomb traps allowed?
Does manhunt have the same terms as warday as in IF a spy is allowed to cloak during warday, are they allowed to do it during manhunt too?
If not added to the rules can you at least answer those questions?

 

You can have levels of any kind. 1,2 or 3 doesn't matter.

All of these are allowed. Nothing much to say here. Except for disguising. This is NOT allowed

This is also allowed, however this counts as delaying if blu's cloak for the entire round whilst not killing anyone.

We (Faggot) will edit the rules to prevent any future misunderstandings.
