As you can see, the Non-Tradable #30 Outback Intellectual ( History - backpack.tf ) and the Professional Killstreak Strange Reserve Shooter ( History - backpack.tf ) have disappeared from his backpack, along with a black B.M.O.C ( History - backpack.tf ), to be replaced with a Purple Energy Maddendoktor.

Backpack.tf history of the Purple Energy Maddendoktor in the unboxer's backpack is sadly unavailable, because it was never recorded on backpack.tf (backpack of the unboxer on backpack.tf : Tomkat the Fluffy Dragon's Backpack - backpack.tf )

The victim has received a #30 Non-Tradable Outback Intellectual ( History - backpack.tf ), a Professional Killstreak Strange Reserve Shooter ( History - backpack.tf ), a black B.M.O.C ( History - backpack.tf ) and a Blizzardy Storm Napper's Respite. ( History - backpack.tf - the history shows it went to a friend of his, who I talked with and confirmed Tomka willfully gave them the unusual. Proof of Tomka receiving the Blizzardy Storm Napper's Respite is shown below, and proof can be provided regarding his friend receiving it as a gift from the victim. Its approximate value is between 2.1 and 2.6 buds. There are currently no Blizzardy Storm Napper's Respites on TF2Outpost, and none on backpack.tf classified listings either.

The B.M.O.C seems to have been sold for 4 keys 3 ref according to past experience of the trade: http://i.imgur.com/PmbLncB.png - and Tito being in the history of the black B.M.O.C only proves this further.

He has lied about paying "some pure" as none of the items in the trade were keys/earbuds. He refused to disclose the trade informations, saying the victim wanted to keep this private, which is a complete lie according to the victim (proof provided below).
My offer was NOT a fake one, as I possessed as of when I talked with him, 17 keys. And my friend possessed 4 keys and his Green Energy Vintage Tyrolean, adding up to 21 keys + the Tyrolean.

He claims in the second screenshot he did NOT ask of him to keep the details private. He also claims he had little to no experience when it came to trading unusuals, and the trade took place only because of the victim's ignorance in that domain as he claimed.

A Blizzardy Storm Napper's Respite = 2.4 earbuds.
A #30 Non-Tradable Outback Intellectual = 1 earbud (according to the seller - I don't know how to price them)
Black B.M.O.C = 5 keys 2 ref, charging bp.tf price for the B.M.O.C and 50% of the paint's price for it.
A Professional Killstreak Strange Reserve Shooter = ranging between 4 and 7 keys, 0.5 buds at lowest.

All this adds up to ~4 buds, when buds are dropping and currently at 10~9 keys. The only recorded sale of the PE Maddendoktor was of 6 buds 10 keys when they were 15 keys at lowest. 6*15 + 10 = 100 keys, 10 buds at today's rates.
The accused lied about: - what he paid, claiming he paid pure while he clearly did not.
- he claimed the victim wanted to keep the trade private, yet this is NOT the case.
- refused to disclose the amount of pure he supposedly paid
- also lied to the victim by telling them they wanted to get the hat for their girflriend, while they are reselling it for monetary purposes. (as the seller told me, 9 buds would make up for "what he paid")

 

This is not the place for sharking reports. You will be better suited reporting him to tf2outpost for example, as sharking is not a taggable offense.

As I said before, this is not a place to report someone for "sharking".

 

Then you tell me what to do because Tf2 Outpost isn't gonna do jack shit because they don't consider it sharking even though this person took advantage of my lack of knowledge in trading unusuals.(Referring to http://puu.sh/gSmTf/767378b677.png) And if you're gonna tell me sorry you can hold your breath.

 

I'm not going to say it again, you can not tag someone for sharking.
