Implemented Turn off custom tag for Top 10/Donator

    We do have the !settag option, but afaik there is no !resettag or anything similar. I received multiple requests so far for such a feature, if there is some time that would be cool :]

    Added a new command !resettag, which simply removes your tag entirely.
    Already deployed on all Surf servers & Bhop (both Beginner & Donator).
