Resolved TF2 Jump - Minus Action Points

    Hey,

    yeah, its me again, sorry :p I was asked by a player on the TF2 Jump Server to forward this issue. Since I was not the person who found this I have not all the details, but I was told by "Graru1" that he was able to repeatedly gift his action points to someone else without any limitation and thus resulting in the minus AP.

    Pushed an update which should fix that bug, problem was that the local cache did not get updated after the query was complete.
    Reloaded the plugin on Jump/Trade #1&#3, rest follows on the next map change.
