(temporary) Removal of Permissions from inactive Admins

    I have decided to do a complete check of all Admins' activity and here are the results:

    Removed:
    - Fin (<50% activity on servers)
    - UncleBen (0% activity on servers)
    - Zoey (0% activity on servers)

    The SourceBans Account of these people still exist. If they become active again within the next 7 Days, their Permissions are going to be restored. Otherwise their Account will be removed entirely and have to re-apply again.

    Known Inactive:
    - Ace/Holoflash
    - chickpoint
    - Kengineer
    - MusicalSandvich

    Currently nothing will happen to them, since they have got reasons for being inactive.

    Caution:
    None

    Additionally I have promoted some to senior admins, please check the admins&ranks list for more details.

    The People mentioned in the Removed Section above have had their Accounts removed completly now.
    Also updated the Cautions/Known Inactive List.
