Implemented surf_colors_final

Hey, i released a new update for surf_colors.

Now it's called surf_colors_final.
I also fixed some things:

• Changed name to surf_colors_final
• Fixed skip on final stage to ending
• Minor texture changes
• Minor ramp fixes on final stage
• Minor optimization
• Fixed stage 9/white teleports not facing players the correct way
• Lowered ending platform causing players to stop
• Removed telejump from stage white to stage rainbow
• Lowered red stage telespawn

Zones are still the same.

Did you also fix the manhole cover thungy you can get stuck on? or is that the mentioned
