after stage 13 all the cp ranks seems to be bugged they count like 14-15 ppl only instead of the thousands that passed the stages and its like all the cp ranks after s13 seems to restart after map is done or something

Seems like the map has far too much data to load, which causes the plugin to run into a timeout while loading them.
Will look into that, may take a whille though.

i found out that this also happens to other maps on certain stages like kitsune on last stage and on some other maps with a lot of ppl completing it

Did some refactoring of the plugin, it now loads each stage individually, instead of everything in one go.
This fixes the issue of the script timing out on maps with a lot of CP times (like rookie, with ~205k).

Deployed the new version on Surf 1-3 for now for testing. If everything works fine, I will move it to the other servers as well (within the next 2-3 days).
Please also keep in mind that due to the above change, the server may have several short lags (instead of a big one) at the beginning of the map (for about 45-50 seconds) - a message will be printed in chat once the loading begins and finishes.

something weird happens now..if someone finishes the map before the timer loads he gets the bot for the map like the wr even if his time isnt for wr and the bot will be playing till the map changes

This always had happened, pretty much its them completing the map before the plugins loaded and therefore it thinks they beat the map, the bot doesnt persist and reverts when the map is next active, only if it is not beaten before the plugins have loaded, I am not sure if you can do much about it tbh.

That is a seperate problem and not relevant to this one, and low priority (seeing how the bots are only temporary).
Anyways, moved the updated version to all our other surf servers (Donator, Expert, Beginner) - should fix the issue now.

So with this fix, every time the server loaded a new map, you'd get a small lag spike when the server was loading the checkpoints that could last a few seconds, now when each stage is loaded one by one you get a lagspike for every stage when it is loaded for the first time.
One fix would be to revert this change as 9-17 stage maps can cause a lot more time lost to loading the checkpoints and be more annoying but lose checkpoint functionality, or there may be another way to fix this.

There really isn't another way to fix it, apart from reverting to the old behaviour and not having any CP functionality on maps with 9+ stages.
Or you could just live with those lag spikes in the first 45-50 seconds of the maps, where everything is loading anyways and it only affects maps with a lot of CP finishes (kitsune, how2surf, rookie, everything else should load fairly fast).

The amount of CP times and the finish count can and will in most cases be different, as the CP system a lot later (after the server has been on for 1+ year already).
    No bug there.

Going to close this now, as the original problem of the times not loading has been fixed.
If the few lags on the first 45-50 seconds of a map are really that annoying, feel free to make an extra thread.

Please keep in mind though to not simply post one after this one gets closed, maybe give yourself some time to get used to it.
And as I mentioned already, this a.) only really affects maps with a lot of CP finishes (about 6-8) and b.) happens at a time where everything is loading anyways.

    Locking.
