Declined surf plugin wrcp

Hey!
I was thinking if its possible to fix the wrcp times so its focused on the stage and not the stage in a run, so you can stay at a stage and practise it to see if you find some faster ways to complete that stage.

Imma try quoting n0 here: (Its just vaguely since I barely remember)

Possible yes, but not going to happen.
a.) Too much effort, have to rewrite a lot of parts of the Timer system only to insert a new zone type
b.) Not going to work properly if you have two zones in each other, or close to each other.
c.) Someone would have to pretty much re-zone all staged maps, for such a (kind of) small feature.

And if you actually afk, you will just get ranked worse .. you don't get points for improvement anyways.

I saw it on KSF and wanted the same thing since it was kinda neat. A bonus of some sorts.
Thing is that we already have zones for stages that might just not work to take times, but hey I didnt look at the guide n0 sent me yet so what do I know.
