Resolved Surf 1-2 (fast dl?) Download failure.

I have been trying to join surf 1-2, as I reset my PC last week I had to redownload the maps and I have heard issues surrounding this yesterday.

If you do not have a map, you try and download it and it times out, this has happened on more than one map and since yesterday/day before and I cannot join the server because of it.

Note this is a separate issue from the other posted as I heard about this issue when the plugins where working, and could join maps I already own so it is definitely the download.
