Implemented Suggestions for both retake servers

    So I recently got news that the community hosting the current retakes servers I play on is soon going down, meaning a new home is in order. Seeing that I already played on the surf servers with friends every day or 2, FoG seemed like the place to go. Having played on FoG retakes before, I noticed some things that I think would be much more beneficial changes overall, and I'm going to share them, in order of what I think is the most important to the least.

    Limited AWP's
    This to me, is the current biggest problem with the retake servers. Having unlimited AWP's means that when a team of AWPers is put together, each main chokepoint of the bombsite will be covered, making a CT retake next to impossible. It makes the rounds more stale, and less about teamplay, forcing you to take constant aimduels with AWP's and more often losing. Me, and multiple other people who joined the server with me today, such as Venom feel it should be limited to 1.
    A solution to this, which was used on my old server is that one player per team is randomly selected, out of the people who have the AWP selected on the guns menu. It gives everyone with the AWP selected a chance to use it, while not over clustering the team with them.
    There are other ways of dealing with limiting AWP's, such as:

    Disabling sv_alltalk
    After speaking to Yoda about this, I was told that it was already supposed to be off, but I'll post it anyways, just in case. Having alltalk set to 1 heavily discourages callouts, and any form of team based communication, leading to enemies altering their decisions based on your teams calls.

    Removal of Inferno/Addition of Nuke (Active Duty server, obviously)
    Since this April, Inferno has sadly (for me) been removed from Active Duty, with the addition of Nuke. If the server is to remain true to its name, this change should be implemented, with at least the addition of Nuke.

    Setting up of gameME
    I've already been told that gameME is already on FoG, however a ranking system on servers such as 1v1 and retakes are quite beneficial. For more competitive people (such as me), it provides something more to aspire to, and almost gives me a reason to play. This was a huge part of peoples activity on my old server, and gave me a goal to reach, which was getting to top5. Finally getting there gave you a sense of accomplishment, and wanted you to keep on pushing for more. Of course, this isn't really a fix, more something that would really be a nice addition to the servers.

    Some form of pistol round
    Not really a necessity, but having say, 5 pistol rounds at the start always gives a more general idea on practicing how different a pistol retake is from a rifle retake, and can give you an idea on what you need to improve on. However, adding custom loadouts for specific rounds may be harder than I'd think it is, and may be harder to implement, but hey. Worth throwing it in there.

    An RTV system
    Again, while not being crucial, I feel it would be a very nice feature to add. People like certain maps, while some may like others. Which is why I feel like people should be given an option to choose, like in Surf.

    To your points:

    a) can be done, but requires an edit of the weapon "assigner" (plugin which hands out the weapons). Not that much work, but not going to happen today anymore (more likely tomorrow)
    b) it's kinda odd, as it's turned off in both server.cfg and gamemodes_casual_server.cfg, will have to take a look again.
    c) was also planned a while ago, just need to fix some spots with @Avaritia@Avaritia
    d) gameMe is already set up -> Fortress of Gamers Statistics - Servers
    It just doesn't track any points atm, as many people complained about them being annoying (received x points for killing y)
    e) don't really see this happening. As you said, it's not that easy to implement (requires a extra plugin too)
    f) could be done.
