Selling noclip on unowned servers,selling ranks,paypall scamming etc... ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Anyway,the main resson i am marekd as a scammer is the selling noclip to a unowned server,yes i admit i did scamm,reassons are i was really poor back then,i never knew what steam rep is,or that a small tag coud ruin you'r whole TF2 CS:GO community and trading,i would repay back the people i scammed but it happend along time ago and i can't find them cause when i scammed them i block or unfriend them.I learned that scamming is wrong.I know how it feels to lose some items that can be worth over 20$.Overall as a retired scammer i can only say: "I am sorry,i changed alot,i hope u guys understand."
If u guys need more information (screnshots,etc...) just tell me i would be happy to do anything to remove this tag.
