I was selling noclip to an unowned server. ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I don't scamm anymore i changed i promise i will never scamm again. ​

 

Really convincing reason. If you don't have anything else to say I fear this appeal is going to be denied.

 

I didin't scamm anyone while i was "Selling noclip to an unowned server" i just got reported right away.No items where stolen.I just scammed cause it was the fastest way to get items,i never knew steam rep existed.

 

I don't scamm anymore belive me.

 

This is my last chance if i don't fix my scammer tag,my tf2 trading is ruined.

Declined, you admitted you tried to scam in the above post, then later denied that you tried to scam. Among other things I just don't think you're actually sorry about your actions and just want your reputation to be restored.
