Why do you think you should be unbanned?

So RaaKaa.yU ( RaaKaa.yU brokering's Profile - backpack.tf ) guy added me and told me hes interesting in my Harvest Moon The Voodoo JuJu.
He looked like a nice guy, even asked him Is it Modest duped.He said yes, there is no reason to lie about that so i didn't want to bother about searching by myself.I quickly looked at his profile and he had a lot of recent reputation ( even from high tier trader like bogleg | DoW ™ Apr17@ 9:06 pm rep+ drives bargain..but good dude. enjoy man.).I did not suspect that he could be a scammer and i feelt safe about trading with him since that guy Bogleg | DoW ™ is well known high tier trader and he just traded with him one day before I did.
After the trade i even gave him + rep ( which i remove after i found out that he is a scammer ).This trade was not about making a profit,I just thought voodoo juju is bit hard to sell hat so i took his offer although he didn't overpayed ( Harves Moon Voodoo JuJu for Haunted Ghosts ( 125 keys ) for Haunted Ghosts Modest Pile of Hat (80 keys)+ Orbiting Planets Sober Stuntman ( 11 keys ) + Spec Strange Festive Sniper (15 keys)+Pro Crussader kit ( 5 keys)+ Pro Strange Eyelander(4 keys ),Total - 120 keys ).

I realized that he is a scammer just recently after i accidentally clicked on his Sober Stuntman hat and i saw his name in red colour.I was suprised and didn't want to deal with that hat so I removed it from a game,In the meantime i sold modest so I couldn't do anything about it. (There was not his name in history of this hat,probably cause hat is duped so I still didn't know the truth ).

I have no reason to purposely do that because i don't support scammers and getting banned on Outpost or any other trading website limits my trading abilities.I know that I have to check everyone with who i trade which i usually do but that guy fools me with all his recent reputation(especially from that bogleg | DoW ™ guy) so i didn' want to bother going on outpost to check.
Also i noticed,the day when i got ban,same scammer added me again which ofcourse i blocked him.Is it possible that he is doing this purposely and that i was even reported by him cause i refused to deal with him?


I really think that this is unfair to me, who almost always checks before trading with people,I mean I made a mistake not checking him but the circumstances were such that I had no doubt since i saw good amount of recent positive reputation on his profile.Please take this facts into consideration and remove my caution tag.
