Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I didn't do scams or something else to get ban. I tried to log in to my cs:go lounge account and it said that I have steam rep ban. I asked my brother if he know something about this and he said that he scammed someone and got ban and maybe I got this because we have the same IP.
I really don't think I have really done something bad to someone. ​
