Hello , I dated 24-08-2015 someone hacked my account steam . After many attempts to reclaim the account I was able to get it back , but it was too late, someone sent a lot of scam trade offer . I checked where they were logging into my steam they came from the same IP as my PC , but I live in Poland and logging were from Switzerland. Someone reported me to the steamrep , but it was not me tried to rob people. Please unban I got a ban on steamrep and csgolounge.com , so I can not use csgolounge.com to bet. Sorry for my bad english, but i from Poland and my english its not perfect.

I got a ban on steamrep and csgolounge.com , so I can not use csgolounge.com to bet. ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

Because I have evidence that my computer was hacked with Switzerland. ​

 

Hello @knoXmeisteR , we need proof that your account was hacked- please provide a date and a screenshot of your steam support ticket( uncropped, in fullscreen, you may blank personal details).

 

There I just have a message from steam to mail in which I was able to regain access to your account by changing the e-mail.

That is not a hijacking ticket.

 

We need a steam support ticket proving that you got hijacked not that your account got market restrictions.

 

I wrote that account recovered on their own ... I have not written to FTP steam ever since I already had a similar situation and support even no wrote back.
