What's the specified reason?

Here is the full story ;
I went on to a betting website, and lost over 200$ worth of skins.
I was also scammed myself, 200$ worth.
I thought why not just do it myself. ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I never successfully scammed anyone.
The 'scam' was an unsuccessful Paypal chargeback, I purchased keys.
Both the sellers ended up recieving their money, I got my keys, but they reported the offense, like it should have been.
I wasn't thinking, I just have to be smarter, both when buying, and selling.​ ​

 

Are you saying that the chargeback failed? Your description was slightly unhelpful.
