Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I was hacked about 3 months ago and didnt know because I rarely play steam. I tried to log in the other day and found this out and got my account back because I have spent money on my account and was able to provide proof the account was mine and was hacked. I have proof of the transaction I had with steam support and will attach it to this request. The person who hacked me changed alot of my account but I have put it all back together. ​
