Why do you think you should be unbanned?

First thing that I must say, is that along with my ban reason there was no evidence, and there can not be as I am not an alt of: http://steamrep.com/profiles/76561198024259522

At first when I saw that I was marked, I was very confused, but then after doing research on my "alt", I saw that in the name history was a guy who I played on a server with. Now I am known to be generous and give away items, hence my "A Hat For Everyone Foundation" in which I gave away items to traders in need: http://steamcommunity.com/groups/ahfef. Now after playing with the guy on a server for a solid hour, he was very chill and I befriended him(I had no idea that he was a scammer, I don't exactly do a background checks while playing with somebody).

He then started talking about how he wanted to be a trader like me, and after talking about it I was like why not help the guy out, and I donated him some items. We then played a bit more, and then I went to bed.

A thing which you might say, well if I am innocent why did I give all of my items, to be safe kept among my friends? Well pretty simply because I am a cautious person, and I did not know what would come next. Also my friends recommended me to do so.

I do not know how to prove that I do not own an account, so I would appreciate if I could see some evidence against me, because maybe then I could counter. For now I guess that me trading the items was the evidence used to ban me, and I just explained that, but now I guess that I will simply explain how I do not fit the profile of a scammer....

- I frequently donate item
- I am a moderator on a trade server
- That account has 6 years of service, I have only been on Steam for two.
- I brokered 80 keys just days before my ban, why didn't I just run then?
- I am known to be kind friendly and helpful
- I have a somewhat name in the community
- I have been hijacked by Penek back in November, and now I often speak out against scammers.
- I am friends with many big traders, I have submitted items to the workshop, and worked so hard to build my name, do you really think I would just throw it in the trash.
- The account is one of Penek's classic alts

Right now I am going through alot of things in life, but I respect your decisions. I will try to reply to you as often as possible. Just please reconsider tarnishing my whole reputation, just because I donated items, without a background check. ​

 

Hello @Cow ✔, what's your relation with that account? Do you guys ever shared pc, internet connection or accounts?
