Why do you think you should be unbanned?

First of all I didn't scam anyone. I got hijacked. So my account was under influence of someone else. 3 days after my account got hacked I got an forget password reset button even though I didn't request it as I didn't know at that time I was hacked. So at the point I reset my password anyway and managed to get onto my account. After I got onto my account I had tons of trades with people I didn't know and the person who hacked me was clearly trying to scam the people as he used a fake message from steam. It wasn't me I promise please unban me. All proof I have is the chat. ​

 

Also the alt he is meant to be is not him he has never even heard of him, all he wants is to be free to play on any server he wants to not restricted by something that a hijacker did. Or is not true at all.

 

And the day he got hijacked the person removed me who was on the account and I had to re-add him. And why does doing 'him do wallet scamming mean that he is a alt have you even checked ips or got evidence of his alt?' Just 'doing' the same thing mean that he is a alt

We need the actual tickets from steam support. A simple Facebook message is easily faked.

 

Im not sure where to find the ticket as its not showing in email. I checked spam etc. also I have a lot of people to vouch for me.

 

Like you mentioned before, your account got hijacked. When your account gets hijacked you have to contact steam support to get your account back. We would like to see the tickets you had with the support as evidence that your account got hijacked.

Yes. That is what we need. We need the full conversation with the support. This needs to be uncropped and unedited. The only part you may edit is private information such as credit card information or living adres.

My account is very secure now I promise nothing like this will ever happen again. I swear. I spent a day learning about how people try to scam by vreating phishing links etc. Please just unban me I want to enjoy the trading again please. I wish I could of stopped myself getting hacked.
