What was your in-game name when you got banned?
    BigMacINeedADoubleCheeseBuerger
    When did it happen?
    Around 8 months ago
    What's the specified reason?
We have decided to put a full tag on his account, for various reasons:

    1) Extremly high-value trade (easily above $3000+)
    2) Claims that "SR didn't load", but:
    - Earl has been marked for well over 1 1/2 years, making it easy to find his profile in Google Cache/Archive.org
    - He has also been banned on all major trading sites (TF2OP/BP)
    3) Adding to that, if his claims are true, he most likely already knew about Earl and his history.
Why do you think you should be unbanned?
My ban reasoning was assumption based and no evidence was given to indicate that I had known the person I traded with was marked. As per SR guidelines it needs to be "clear" that I had known the person was marked when issuing bans for a first offense.

I feel I had served an incorrect ban for 3 month, where during that time I did not complete a single trade as I felt if I had done so I could risk other people getting marked, with my long clean history traders shouldn't be cautious of trading with me.

Granted. Note that I don't agree with the last paragraph of your appeal.
