Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I am not an alt of: 76561198133734296; I am his friend and we share IP's in our history. Other of my buddies have been banned as well because he was. I am not a scammer, although my friend is. I tried to make an appeal but it says my account is not banned. I believe it is linked to the account that is indeed the banned one and for some odd reason it will not let me generate an appeal.

Here is the appeal I wrote before it told me that I am not banned, although the opposite is quite true:
So this has been a recurring problem that has ruined my friendship with someone. My friend has been and always will be a scammer, it is his nature. He was trade banned and because he, and a handful of my friends, all share the same IP addresses we also have been fingered as alts of his account. This happened in the past with TF2Outpost.com and I tried to appeal it and the admin I was given the email address to never responded to my pleas. Now I am SteamRep banned and although I can move from TF2 to another game I can't move from one steam to the other--obviously because there is only one. I will not add the other SteamID's of my friends who were also banned because they can send appeals on their own time but this is my request. I will provide my email and if the SteamID's of the banned scammer is required it can be provided. There honestly isn't much detail to this other than we are all separate accounts and I don't understand why we are banned other than the IP addresses we share because we are buddies and buddies tend to play in the same, or at the same houses. My steam account is older than the guilty parties, and also, I'm not a scammer! Please get back to me ASAP because it is shameful to be associated with and accused of being a cancerous member of the community.

A little explanation of my names:
I3urn0ut: my steam custom ID and my forum name is the name I use for almost everything.
ALFA: A name I used when I played cs:go with my friends and my brother who made me a logo that matched as we were all ALFA, OMEGA, ZETA, also the name I was banned with.
Wyatop is my current name because I have decided to quit cs:go and go back to my game of choice Realm of the Mad God, before I came up with the name I3urn0ut, I used the name Wyatop, which is linked to my WildShadow account on RotMG.
I would have made the appeal under the name ALFA but I only just learned that I was banned and had made the name change relatively recently because that is when I decided to quit CS:GO.

 

Researching more of this type of ban, it doesn't seem quite like something that happens often at FoG. It appears more like a SteamRep report, but SteamRep states that I must be appealed through FoG so this is where I posted. If more evidence is needed I will gather all that I can.

 

Hello @I3urn0ut, have you ever used your friend's account or vice versa?

 

I posted a reply but it doesn't show for me, sorry if I duplicate responses. I have not used his account, anything I could do on his account I could do on mine. I never took free items from him and I always traded or bought any of the items I own/owned.

 

He also has not used my account, I missed that when I read it previously.
