Knowingly trading with marked/obvious scammers ​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I noticed 2 days ago that I got apparently banned.
I see absolutely no reason in accepting a previously rejected report (http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/6754-76561198070018257-iph-t-n.html) for exactly the same item with exactly the same person with exactly the same matter.
The trade (My Arcana Viewfinder for a golden Frying Pan) was a single trade only (I did not trade with him twice, see screenshot) and was done on the 29th May. At the time of trade, the person I traded with was clearly not marked anywhere (as pointed out by a Trade Moderator in the rejected report already…).
He got marked on FoG on the 6th June (which is around 1 week after the trade).
He is not an alt either, as this was his main account.

As the person was not marked and as I never scammed anyone, I am therefore requesting my ban removal. ​

 

You are correct that he was not marked yet. Sorry for reporting you again I was just linked to your tf2op and asked to make a report so I did. @Chride2k8 |LZ| Was there anything in your hidden content that proved this otherwise?
