    I locked my account about a month ago due to someone trying to hack me. i was wondering if anyone else has ever locked their account (via email) and if they can tell me how long steam support took to reply.


    p.s feel free to add stories about your own steam support problems

    Wasn't exactly me, but my friend got hacked and locked his. Steam Support replied in less than a day.

    It really depends, they have less than a minute to reply to each ticket. They most of the time reply with a copy past message, just be patient, usually takes less than a week . GL ;)
