Implemented !sr

Good day,

so on our trade servers, we have the !bp plugin which leads to the bp.tf page of the person we wanna check out
is it possible to do a smiliar thing for steamrep?

Would make it more comfortable to trade unusuals here and there

nvm i forgot that scammers getting banned anyways when they join trade/unu trade

I'm still unsure if it bans also people with pending reports, even if they're legitimate with provided evidence. So I would suggest using !sr or sm_sr in console still, since I do it also sometimes just to make sure of certain things. Noticed pointy doing it also.

 

Currently it autobans anyone with a BANNED BY tag. Cautions, unconfirmed reports etc. do not count.
