Description:
I submitted this same report about a month ago before I went on vacation had limited access to internet. It was my first report on this site and I messed up the format. But here you go:

I spycrabbed with this guy about a week ago. It was my 2 keys for his pink Bill's Hat. After I won he immediately left the server (Skial US Trade server). I proceeded to add him and confront him.

He said he already lost a lot from spycrabbing and didn't want to lose more.

Check his backpack.tf trust: https://backpack.tf/trust/76561198093950210. He ran away from more spycrabs.

He also changed his name and changed it back today, which is why I was able to confront him again. He left the server (same server Skial US trade server).

Since, then he has scammed a few others. I know because they saw my negative trust on his backpack profile and asked me for advice. I'm sure he has scammed plenty others.

 

In these cases we need extensive evidence to tag, this includes:
-original agreement
-all of the score updates (both players keeping track in chat)
-proof of the accused user running
-proof of no payment (inventory history)

Chat between yourself and the accused after the fact doesn't suffice.

Since you unfortunately don't have the required evidence, I will archive this report. Please make another if you can produce the above.
