Resolved Spectators cant chat with T/CT

    This bug has re appeared from the abyss, in which n0name fixed before. Since you fixed it before @n0name@n0name I am sure it will be a nice and easy fix <3. Just quite annoying to be honest.

    To make this clear, I have only noticed this on surf servers :)

    Have you tested it on other surf servers aswell? If i recall it worked on the 1-6 server

    Odd, as it was only enabled on BH/Donator, now on all Surf servers.

    Spectator messages show up twice on 1-6 and not once on 1-2
