Implemented Show tiers on rtv

Now I know this feature did exist and has been removed (from surf) for good reasons, but bhop is sort of different. On surf people get scared easily of higher tier maps, since they're basically impossible for newcomers - on bhop I've seen people strive for challenges though more often then not, praising harder and longer maps and voting extend as often as possible.
So my idea: Show tiers of the maps in the nominate, rtv and admin map select menu, on both bhop beginner, bhop donator and bhop testing.
I'm up for a discussion of course but for now I don't see why this shouldn't be a thing :]
