Why do you think you should be unbanned?

First of all, I dont really know what "Duplicate account" means. I've searched trough some threads of ban appeals and there most of them had second accounts which were banned, but i've looked for bans on my smurf and couldn't find any ban.
I dont know why i have been banned, maybe because of the weird name of my smurf, but i've had that name for at least one and a half years now. If you could fill me in on why i have been banned exactly that would be nice and I hope the ban was a mistake, because i've been playing on your servers for years now and i really like the FOG community.​
