What's the specified reason?

i was kidding around on one of your higher tower servers i have been using since December,
i was messing about as usual then a kid named "bowz" joined, he appeared very young
through the way he typed, he got a very cheeky kill on me and as i do while messing about
i typed "fat" he said "no u" then i said "No u" back, i want to add that i consider myself a friendly player and i never mean anything harmful when i type things that may be misconstrued by people that may take what i say seriously. as i was saying this kept going on for a few minutes
the player started abusing the "!calladmin" function, me and a another player who i do not remember the name of, started making banter poking fun at this players antics
"bowz" was calling us toxic and spamming !calladmin even more. he was using words like "toxic" and etc, a few more players started defending me including a guy called "a" and wish for wings who joined short after he started calling me toxic, i challenged "bowz" to a duel where we would melee fight as scouts, i won and he left for a brief moment
everything seemed fine after that, we got Auto balanced onto the same team as him
we signed off on a good note i think, so i have no idea why i got banned possibly because of an older report he may have wrote. also one thing i would like to note here

it is written the reason i was banned was because of "racism". i hope you will find this note a good reason to Unban me, Thank You​

Why do you think you should be unbanned?

i feel the report was very unjust, because a person cannot handle light banter i do not feel as if i should be punished for a person taking it seriously, while i was in the server several people were defending my right of speech, i hope this convinces you to Un ban me​

 

You say your a friendly player and never mean anything harmful, sure, I believe you. However in this instance the player you were just "messing" with was clearly not happy with what you were saying to him. You had 4 reports, maybe all from him or other people as well, for being toxic. After taking as look back at your chat logs, I found you saying https://files.f-o-g.eu/ef3c1g3ee30f8gfcgbc9a0g86b6cbee5 For someone like you who has been around for a bit you should know that saying that word isn't tolerated on our servers, you said it 3 times and in all caps which Is why I banned you for racism. Also to add to that a lot of your chat log on April 24th is just you saying in all caps offensive and toxic things like "FUCK YOU." Could you please explain why you felt the need to say these things in chat? Also, now that you can take that to note, could you explain further why you should be unbanned?

 

me and "wish for wings" who is a friend of mine were simply Roleplaying, we would insult eachother and it was a thing only between the two of us
he was a market garden soldier and i was another market garden soldier.
he will possibly type shortly we were simply playing a game with Eachother. also bowz said atleast 5 times he would !calladmin.
also i seriously didn't know that the n word wasn't allowed, i had said it multiple times as a joke and nobody had reported it.
if you unban me i will respect the rules more now that i know them. i may have went to far when i was messing with bowz

As someone who has played on the highertower server since june and as the player who he was talking to https://files.f-o-g.eu/ef3c1g3ee30f8gfcgbc9a0g86b6cbee5 , i can easily say that he was kidding around and i went along with the joke and after that, i even added him. And i can also add that he is one of the nicest player's i've met on the server. I can agree on the fact that saying those racist slurs was a bit overboard but if i could just ask you to give him 1 more chance? the player who reported him in the first place "Bowz" was just a kid and couldn't understand a simple joke. Also Bowz has and was clearly abusing the !calladmin command and which he dosen't really seem to know what the command is actually used for. So i belive that NiceBroham should get unbanned and get a 2nd chance since he is actually one of the nicest and funniest people i've met on the server and didin't actually commit any actions that he can get perma-banned for.

So it seems clear to me that you are sorry, but you always should be respectful to all players, no matter what the persons age or playstyle may be etc. I ask that you try and tone down the "FUCK YOU'S" and what not in your chat log.
