Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I did nothing, i guess it was a server bug. Thats my normal acc. and i did not changed my name. In the BAN DETAILS stands: "Blocked (3) [KSZ]05simon02, [KSZ]05simon02, [KSZ]05simon02"
And i don't understand why...

You connecting with an alt account on our Arena Server got you banned for "duplicate account". You basically tried to evade your ban with another account.
You still didn't do anything and you still dont understand why?

 

Do you know why i got banned there?
And I did never used an alt Account. And i never tried to evade my ban?
I have just one Account.
Can you tell me please, what I did wrong?! I have never joined with another Account, and I still don't know why I got banned on your servers.
And another question can I write with you in german?

 

Check the screenshot rizor added to his last comment. That's what you did and what got you banned 1year ago.

Looking at the fact that 1year has passed I'll decide to lift your ban as a one time gesture.
But be aware that any further violation will result in another permanent ban which won't be lifted.
