Why do you think you should be unbanned?

I was banned for chat spamming. I was in the wrong, I'll admit it. But while you ban me for chat spamming, there's another player whom I've reported several times because he uses aimbot. I've spectated him, he puts his crosshairs on other players heads through a wall and immediately knows where they are and headshots them as soon as he turns the corner. He tries to hide it by claiming that he's an amazing sniper. I was playing spy and I was hiding in the corner just outside of the spawn, I was cloaked. I didn't uncloak, I didn't move, but some how he knew exactly where I was and came out and killed me, even though there was no indication at all that anyone was there. He said "Maybe you should go somewhere that I can't hear you uncloak", but I was cloaked the entire time. He slips up though, its easy to tell when he has the bot on, because he NEVER misses a headshot. He doesn't miss bodyshots, let alone missing a shot completely. But once he turns the bot off, he gets bodyshots, misses and headshots. I've reported this several times, and a mod hasn't done anything about it, nobody has even checked it out. It seems to me that nobody cares. Even after reporting him for doing the same thing repeatedly I haven't heard a single word about it and I haven't seen the mods take any actions.

I am aware that i cannot be unbanned due to the 6 month ban minimum rule, but that wasn't my intention anyway. I only hope that i've been able to shed some light on the type of players in this community.

As the one who has seen most of the reports on inkler, I can't see anything odd in his movement patterns in the demo's we get served when one makes a report.

 

I just think its pretty suspicious for someone to be able to never get a bodyshot and never miss a shot, but all of a sudden get bodyshots and misses. I'm well aware that there are players who are great at sniper, but a great sniper has SOME consistency. I think you'll find that most great snipers have a pattern to them. They don't get headshot after headshot after headshot, and then all of a sudden lose the abilty to get a headshot on other players standing out in the open. Aiming at a wall, turning the corner and immediately headshotting several players, even if they're jumping and just knowing the exactly location of their head seems slightly out of the ordinary. Headshotting people using a grappling hook mid-air is difficult but not impossible. Headshotting someone using evasive maneuvers while using the grappling hook is difficult but not impossible. However, when someone is doing evasive maneuvers specifically trying to avoid snipers, and the player gets shot in the head every single time, several times, it's just a little suspicious to me.

 

If I remember correctly we don't handle bans shorter than 6 months, you can wait a week. By the way if I see this guy who potentially hacks, I'll check too.

As a matter of fact quite literally every report gets looked at by an admin (Sooner or later). As cheatnow said, he didnt seem suspicious to him.

Gather evidence (Video proof, etc) and make a proper REPORT, not an appeal.
