After this trade I now believe he may be working with debra, who is well known as a user gone rogue to commit fake middleman scams.

 

Buying hat = working together to scam? Do you have anything at all to back up that rediculous claim?

 

He may be well known, however i dont think a 4? bud trade warrants a caution/banned tag, he will receive the warning of outpost and i think that is a fair first warning.

 

I don't agree. He's attempted scams in the past. If it were just a trade, that would be one thing, but his KNOWINGLY trading with marked scammers on top of attempted scams is worth a tag, in my eyes.

 

Well i was unaware of any previous scam attempts, though i just re-read your report to find this, however, how can we confirm he knew Debra was marked?

But if it's deduced/confirmed that he knowingly traded with him, this would probably deserve a caution, however I still don't believe value is there to warrant a tag if it cant be confirmed he knew?

He has also received a 2 week ban from outpost now.

 

He has targeted other users with scams, who are active on the backpack.tf forums.

As such he is well aware of and uses the bp.tf forums. Debra an active member of those forums has done little to hide the fact he's marked. It's hard to imagine he didn't know. I'd say there is no possibility he didn't know, but like others before him... I'm sure he's got a pretty little lie that he's ready to share about how it was an accident and he didn't mean to.

 

I am 95% sure he had no idea I was marked. I have never seen him on the backpack.tf forums and the only user he tried to 'scam' was jiggles afaik.

 

Since Outpost already handled this. I'm declining this report.
