Info Self-freeze VIP command

Another information Thread for a new plugin, this time a feature for VIPs to freeze themselves.

The plugin itself is nothing special, the core functionality was basically extracted from SourceMod's funcommands Plugin, wrapped around with a new Command & VIP checks.

It is restricted to Trade and Achievement/Idle only.

Commands
!dfreeze <time>, /dfreeze <time> (silent) or sm_dfreeze <time> (console)
Without specifing time, you will be frozen for 10 Seconds (just like the stock SM Plugin). Otherwise you can specfiy a length in Seconds.

Example:
sm_dfreeze 15 will freeze you for 15 Seconds.

The plugin also adds an entry into the donor Menu, but this will only freeze you for 10 Seconds.

I don't plan adding any more Features, as it's basically (like mentioned above) just extracted from another SourceMod Plugin.
Bug reports are still welcome.

Please note: If you use the Admin Freeze and Donor Freeze at the same time, it may cause some weird behaviour, so better don't do that (not crashing the Server, but still).
