Archived rockyraki(Scammed me of Cs go game key and 2 Case keys)

I am new to cs go trading and all and i meet this guy whom i come in contact with after I post an advt to sell Cs go Game key.He was interested and we bargain over the price and we settle on a price.He told me to go first since he didnt wasnt sure that the game would work.So i gave him the key and he redeemed the game on his second steam account.I unfortunately dont remember that accounts name.He then tells me that he is also interested in purchasing 2 keys from me to which i agree and i send him a steam trade offer.This trade offer was sent to his main account that is the one mentioned in the title.He asks me how should he pay and all and I tell him about it.At first it felt assuring as he himself called me on my cell phone and told me to make an account on Paytm(online wallet).I followed his instructions.Later he tells me that his brother has the debit card and he will transfer the wallet money to my wallet.He kept on giving various excuses that his brother was out,is having dinner,working,travelling etc.Now he has blocked my cell phone number and blocked me on steam as well.The thing was that I had to pay my house rent and this asshole stole money from me!!!I am kinda broke and almost homeless.Somehow got some cash from my friends to pay the rent.But, i would love this Asshole to go down!!!!Please someone help me.One more thing,the trade from my side is over,but from his side its on a 7 day hold.Please someone take care of this guy please!!!I dont have the chat history on steam but have some chat with him on whatsapp and also have proof that I traded keys with him and that he blocked me.I sincerely hope he gets banned.Please!!Thanks in advance !!!!

I sincerely want him to be banned.He caused me a lot of trouble and I almost was a homeless guy now.He has caused me a great amount of depression,guilt.I couldnt have my dinner properly cause my mind was on the loss I had today
