Resolved !resume bugged

as the title says !resume is bugged..if u spectate and press !resume rip time it gets u on the start again

 

I've experienced this on a few maps, including surf_acp; however, with a majority of maps, this hasn't seemed to be a problem for me. ):

 

for me it happened twice on donator and on t1-3 and once on t1-2 and there where other people who experienced it aswell

 

its ok now..can someone close it and move it? thanks
