i never count console bans for the 3th ban perma ban system, because voteban abuse.
so i agree that he deserves another chance, but as discribed in the discription of the ban tells us a bad spray logo.
and an sexual explicit spray is a perma ban, so mahoney is the one that banned for the spray so he has to decide i it was perma ban material.
