PSA: Changes to reports on Item Misrepresentation scams

    Just a quick heads up that we no longer handle reports where the accused account is an obvious alt - or "throwaway" account.
    As soon as we come around marking them, they already created 10 new ones.

    Therefore, the accused account must have some value for it to be tagged with this offense (as in, quite old account/hours/etc).
