Alright. I will reject this Report, because of following reasons:
1. The tag of the Person who sprayed it is missing
2. Only half of the Spray is visible, since I know the Person I warned twice had a clearly visible Vagina in his Spray which isn't showing here

I can remember the Spray and the Vagina is probably just blocked by the Blue part of the Wall. The only person with this Spray was Slymen at the time which strongly suggests that it was him. It is not 100% evidence tho, since another Person could've copied his Spray to get him banned, which is unlikely but possible. I would've needed the Spraytag to be 100% sure it was him. Thats why I'll give him the benefit of the doubt and reject this report.
