I didn't review the demo just yet, but the accused seemed to try and give out commands to the reds over the text-chat, which isn't acceptable if he was a warden.
I will review the demo later today, when I find the time.
Please be patient.

 

Alright. I reviewed the Evidence and saw that the guy you Reported wasn't even the warden in the round your recorded. Which means he doesn't HAVE to talk during that round.
If you have more Evidence please post it here. Otherwise this Report is Invalid

As you can see up, he gave orders through the chat for multiple days (typing !w more than 6 times) when he should have used his microphone.

EDIT:
After reviewing the proof provided by Ghost_Rider for 3 times, i couldn't find anything against him besides delaying.

After reviewing the demo we have came to a conclusion that the evidence provided is invalid. As Korato explained above, the guard wasn't warden in the round you recorded. Therefore the guard didn't have to use his microphone. This report is invalid.
