¶ The user in question (LeonKocevar ~ STEAM_0:1:224137119) Is using Vulgar offensive language towards individuals on the server. He kept cussing and directing hate towards people for an unapparent reason.

¶ I am Accusing the user on the Terms of breaking Rule: §2d and §2e

¶ The user in question, started spamming a toxic comment, saying 'rekt noob'. Which is just unnecessary and is flooding the chat, when people who are trying to use the chat for trading, can't due to the individuals toxic ways.​

Just looks like a butthurt player, don't really see the need to ban him for a little swearing outburst.
