All I see in the Report is a mild case of swearing.

As Stated above I see a little bit of swearing in his Chatlog. But nothing too bad.

The Screenshot doesn't show him killing Teammates in the Killfeed neither a reason for it.

All I can see is a dead Red Body on the teleporter. Making it plausible that this accusation might be true. But it isn't concrete Evidence.

Sadly I'm limited to my PC hardware so i couldn't record anything, however, i found this:

As you can see here, we were telling him to kill himself (for freekilling) but he kept refusing. He also blamed the engineer for building the teleporter near the freeday (who he killed).
He used his mic a lot that time so this is mostly what I've found.
You can ask other members who were online that day if you really want the ultimate proof

 

All I can see from this Screenshot is that he was accused of Freekilling but denies it.
He was also mad at some Engie and wrote mild insults.
This doesn't really proof anything major sorry >~<
You may ask other members for more Proof. I don't know who else was online at that time and I'm not the one who has to provide the Proof. Sorry.
If you can't find other People who have Proof @Solid Snake or @Faggot should judge about this Report and close it.

 

Won't ban or punish anyone without proof, as Korato stated above all your screenshots are invalid and do not prove anything.
You can have x amount of witnesses saying it's true but without any proof I will not take action to avoid punishing someone for something he never did.

In general if you want to report someone for freekilling please provide a demo because judging alone from a screenshot is mostly not possible.
Example: A picture of a sentrygun will not be sufficent to get someone banned as it could be warday at the time.
