What happened?
User added me on steam after i placed a offer on the steam trading forum. He asked me if he could pay with paypal. I was couriouise so i asked him for far to much money for the items he wanted. I accepted the price and he said he would send the money now. Than i told him about another Report i did here on FOG ( http://forums.f-o-g.eu/threads/9007-paypal-invoice-scammer-cought.html#post72308 ) after wich he blocked me.

 

What exactly are you reporting here? He never claimed to send the payment, so I don't see how its a problem.

Could you possibly explain what he did a bit better so I can understand?
