The user traded with isn't marked because of SR backlog. As per the Creamy Goodness case which concluded on July 20th, trading with a pending scammer is still trading with a scammer depnding on the quality of the reports and the user who traded with him.

in this case the user who traded with him is a COMMUNITY ADMIN! and one who has been around for a long time and ABSOLUTELY should know better. I'd request at least a caution for this user.
