Resolved Orange: Third Point doesn't show.

This is a screenhot of what players are experiencing on Orange.

As you can see from the screenshot, the third point only is showing the glowing center and not the borders on the point. Other players are confirming that they as well cannot see the borders on the point. They only just see the glowing center.
