Implemented New VSH Maps (vsh_coldvine, vsh_jungle_beach, vsh_militaryzone_v3)

Hi, I'm yperz and I got some 2 new map suggestions and 1 updated map for the FoG VSH server.

First off, vsh_coldvine
It's a snow themed map. That's all.

Next, we have vsh_jungle_beach
It's a map with a similar theme to the maps released in the Jungle Inferno Update. It's pretty much what the name implies - a jungle beach.

Last but not least, we have a revamped version of a currently existing map, vsh_militaryzone_v3
We have a map under the name vsh_military_area_b1 which is pretty plain looking and this new version of the map looks much better and has a new area added to it.
