    The paint was included some time ago, but afaik it got removed because of applying it caused the server to crash. That was a year ago though, idk about now.

    I'm guessing yes, the current system will just be updated. Pretty sure about that.

    If I'm correct, only if the hat was already painted, as 2 paints cannot be on the same object.
