Implemented New Map suggestions for Surf

    Just some Map suggestion for our Surf Servers as many people are bored with the current Mappool.

    Surf_lt_unicorn

    Surf_Vale2 (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Maps > Surf Style) - GAMEBANANA

    surf_minimumwage (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Maps > Surf Style) - GAMEBANANA

    surf_pancake (Counter-Strike: Global Offensive > Maps > Surf Style) - GAMEBANANA

    surf_ethereal

    surf_christmas

    surf_cordelia

    surf_milkyway

    surf_exocube

    surf_insideout_final

    surf_illumination

    surf_nac

    surf_oasis

    Most of these are Tier 3, would be nice to add them.

    Added some more Maps. Some of them were requested by other Users.

    Thanks for the suggestion, currently uploading them - @Chewyy will zone.
    Note: every map larger than 150MB uncompressed will only be available on Donator, can't really expect everyone to have fast enough internet on the publics.

    Also going to add halloween_tf to Donator (works fine, was just too large for public).
