Implemented Moar vsh maps

So far we have some overused vsh maps and sometimes we get some we do not play, I am suggesting a few more maps, I will add more maps over time when I look into them. I will also make a suggestion of maps I feel need removal after I start playing a lot more. I also will download these maps and try them out in a bit.

Maps to add:
vsh_c17_prison (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks really nice with the theme and the layout for vsh. Camping spots for engineers, get a ways for scout and great demo-knight areas. [T] - Only issue is that it is kind of small.

vsh_citydirtbox_rc1 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks alright, a bit simplistic but looks like it has the basics of a good map. This has some good features allowing all classes to be playable. [T] - Looks like a great map.

Vsh_Battleground_Beta (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks good but it is only in beta but it looks like it is a nice map with some good spots judging from the screenshots so I would recommend this. [T] - Only issue is that it is very small. - This could be a good thing as well though.

vsh_remains_of_king_b1 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Look at the screenshots and you know it will be great. [T] - Best map so far I have seen for VSH.

vsh_pineyard_final (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks like a lovely map with good textures and spots [T] - Another good map.

vsh_snowflakes_b1 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Also looks like a good map with good places for every class. [T] -At closer look, maybe not so good for some classes; Sniper, engineer, but still looks like a viable map.

vsh_sourcewater_b4 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Another good looking open large map for vsh. [T] - Large great looking map.

vsh_skyhigh_resort_b8 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks awesome nuff said. [T] - Good map.

Vsh_chemical (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Lots of nice spots and good textures. [T] - Lovely map with lots of good spots.

VSH REACTOR (v2) (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - Looks like another lovely map. [T] - Nice fairly large map with some good kiting and snowballing spots.

Updates:
vsh_faced_v3 (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - We have version two and version three has been released.

Removed from suggestions:

vsh_cont (Team Fortress 2 > Maps > Versus Saxton Hale) - GAMEBANANA - A simple and small maps so hopefully we do not always have huge round times. [T] - Sadly this map is absolutely to small so it would not be a good choice.
