    He banned me for playing music while one other guy was playing music and he didn't ban the other guy... Miller isn't good admin.

    Only because he rightfully (you admitted it) silenced (not banned, and only for 2 hours), doesn't mean that he is abusing.
    Moreover, you did not include any evidence whatsoever, making this report invalid anyways.

    Maybe you should read the rules next time.
