Yes, Eriksson is not marked (yet) but has a pending SteamRep report for making a broken agreement with the help of Lategum.

So here's the story. With the broken agreement Eriksson scammed a Sunbeams BoA from Vox. He then traded the Sunbeams BoA with Mig. Here is the important part. Mig DID know that Eriksson was a scammer. He bought the Sunbeams Boa for a Golden Pan + 1200 USD. Very high-tier trade, including a high money trade. After the trade, I added Mig to talk. I asked this about and he admitted it and said "I just wanted the hat". The chat between Vox and Mig, Me and Mig is included.
